Hacker News Who is Hiring alerts ping you when the monthly thread lists the stack you want. The thread is a public page of comments, not an ATS. Companies paste location, stack, and a how-to-apply line. The useful ones vanish into a thousand-comment item if you only check on Sunday.

The monthly thread is the page
Each month dang posts a new Who is Hiring item. The URL changes. Paste the current thread. When the next month opens, point the watch at the new item. If you only want remote Rust, say that in the rule so a local Java shop does not page you.
A topic such as "Who is hiring remote Rust on Hacker News" can sit beside the URL watch if you also care about related Ask HN threads. Do not expect a topic to replace the monthly URL. The thread is the source.
Name the stack
Write the rule like a hiring filter. Remote, Rust or systems, US timezones. Skip intern and unpaid. The summary should name the company and the stack, not dump the whole thread. If your filter is only "engineer," you will hate this product by day two.
The job openings template is for company careers URLs. For HN, paste the thread and describe the stack. Combine both if you have dream companies plus a monthly trawl. Recruiters can watch the thread for a stack they hire, then jump to the company's own board.
