A Trustpilot score can move over a weekend. Your Monday brand report notices it on Monday. By then the screenshot is in a Facebook group, and a journalist has the old number next to the new one. Brands treat Trustpilot like hygiene until a delivery week goes bad. Then hygiene is the story.

Care about the score and the newest reviews. Refunds and shipping complaints are the usual pattern. Say so in the rule if that is what you actually need.

PR teams should fold this into reputation monitoring, not leave it with a community manager who checks the tab when they remember. A 4.1 to 3.6 swing is a comms problem before it is a support dashboard problem.

When the review leaves Trustpilot

The damage is often a screenshot, not the listing. A creator stitches five one-stars into a reel. A local Facebook group quotes the score. Media monitoring and a Reddit mention watch catch the copy that never links back. If a paid creator is in the mix, add influencer risk monitoring so you are not learning from the comments.
