Sources Sought and RFIs are the easy miss. They are not the RFP yet, and BD treats them as optional. Responding early is how you get on the known-vendor list. If that is your motion, say so in the rule. Tell me when a sources-sought or RFI posts for this NAICS, not only full solicitations.

Start with one NAICS search URL you already run by hand. If the first ping is a solicitation you would have bid, add the agency forecast. That is the whole stack for most small shops.
