PACER Alerts
Watch a public docket page. Get a ping when a new filing shows up on the case you named.

PACER alerts, in practice, are public docket watches when a new filing lands on a case you named.
People search "PACER alerts" because they want the federal docket to speak. PACER itself is a paid login. AyeWatch does not log into PACER. It is not an official PACER API. It watches a public case page you can open in a browser, plus news on the parties if you add a topic.
If you already have CourtListener mail on a federal case, keep it. That project is built for docket entries. Use AyeWatch when the page you actually look at is a public docket, a court news listing, or a state portal with no native alert.
Watch the page you can open
Paste the public docket URL. Write the rule like a matter memo. Tell me when new filings, orders, or hearing dates appear. Ignore ads and "related cases." The longer how-to is monitor a court docket.
Add a topic for high-profile matters. "[Company] new complaint, TRO, or Delaware Chancery filing." That catches press and court sites that are not the docket HTML. It will not fetch sealed PDFs. It will not waive PACER fees.
Where this fits next to counsel tools
Westlaw and Lexis own the databases. AyeWatch owns the open web around them. Legal teams monitor platform policies the same way. Public page, named change, ping. AyeWatch for legal is the role page. Templates can start a regulatory watch if the case is really about a rule.
Free Preview is six lifetime runs across three topics. Pro is $9/mo. Use push if you are covering a live hearing week. Use email if a daily check is enough.

Try AyeWatch freeWhat you should not expect
No PACER credentials. No bulk download. No docketing into your matter system unless you wire a webhook yourself. No legal advice. If the court hides the docket behind a login, AyeWatch cannot see it. Point at a page that loads while you are logged out.
Start with one public case URL you already refresh. If the first ping names a filing you would have wanted, add the next case. Leave PACER login tools to PACER.
