Insider Trading Alerts

Public Form 4 open-market buys you can research. Not tips, not MNPI.

Insider trading alerts, in public markets, means Form 4 buys you can actually trade around.

People search that phrase when they want a ping on executives buying stock. They do not want a crime feed. Illegal insider trading is MNPI. AyeWatch does not have that, does not sell that, and will not pretend a summary of a public form is a hot tip.

The legal product is simple. Officers and directors file Form 4s. Some of those filings are open-market purchases. You can watch those on public EDGAR pages and in the news that reprints them.

Public Form 4, not a tip

If a site promises "insider trading alerts" and then dumps every sale, grant, and 10b5-1, it is wasting your mute button. Sales are often liquidity. Grants are pay. The research object is a cash buy on the open market, preferably by someone who runs the place, preferably in size.

AyeWatch summarizes those public filings and related coverage. It is not a prosecution database. It is not Unusual Whales options flow. It is not a guarantee the stock rips. It is a doorbell on paperwork you could have read yourself if you lived in EDGAR.

Which buys to keep

CEO and CFO open-market buys. Cluster buys. Buys after a drawdown. Set a dollar floor so a 200-share "vote of confidence" does not page you. Name tickers. "All insiders, everywhere" is how you recreate the spam you already hate.

Write the topic like a human. "Open-market Form 4 purchases by senior officers in these names. Ignore grants, gifts, and planned sales."

How to get the ping

Use the insider buying template or a custom topic. Paste the EDGAR index for a concentrated book. Push to your phone. Free Preview is six lifetime runs across three topics. Pro is $9 a month. ASAP on Max or Ultra if you actually trade the print.

Then open the Form 4. Check the code. Check the price. Decide if it is research or nothing. AyeWatch will not place the order.

Compliance notes

Public filings are public. Funds should still run this past compliance the way they run any research tool. For the Form 4-specific guide, read insider buying Form 4 alerts. For the rest of the filing stack, SEC filing monitoring. Investor setup: /for/investors.
