Executive Mention Alerts
Ping when a CEO, founder, or named officer appears in coverage that can move a deal, a board, or a news cycle.

Executive mention alerts fire when a CEO, founder, or named officer shows up in coverage that matters. The trap is LinkedIn spam, conference speaker lists, and "40 leaders to watch" roundups. Those are mentions. They are not the job.
The job is the interview where they overpromise, the lawsuit that names them, the departure rumor, the activist letter, the photo from a party that a trade will recap by morning. Comms, IR, and chief-of-staff teams all want that page before the Slack pile-on starts.
Named people, not every staff hit
Watch the officers who can move the stock, the deal, or the brand. CEO, founder, CFO when you are in-market, the CISO if you sell security. Use the names they appear under in print, including the short form. Skip the rest of the org chart until you have spare topics. AyeWatch is topic monitoring. A topic that says "any employee named in news" will drown you.
Pair the person with the context. "Jane Chen in news about our company, lawsuits, fundraising, or product claims. Skip conference agendas." Semantic matching is how you avoid a hit on every other Jane Chen in the industry. It is not perfect. Unusual names are easier. Common names need the company next to them in the brief.
What matters should mean
Matters means a claim, a number, a legal action, a job change, or a reporter on the record. It does not mean a retweet of the company blog. For planned announcements, use a dedicated watch on the newsroom URL and the newswire page. CEO announcement monitoring is that planned path. This alert is the unplanned one.
If you are screening a candidate or a counterparty, do not confuse this with a full diligence file. Due diligence monitoring still needs filings, litigations, and a human. AyeWatch will show public web news. It will not pull a Bloomberg terminal, a PACER docket, or a sanctioned-list API.

Free Preview is six lifetime runs across three topics. No card.
Try AyeWatch freePair the person with the company
Topic one: CEO plus company in news. Topic two: founder, if that is a different human, plus controversy language you actually care about. Topic three: a specific page, an interview series that always posts late, or the activist's blog. Free Preview is three topics, six lifetime runs, Daily or slower, push and in-app. Fine to see if the summaries know who is who. Not fine as the only IR wire.
Cadence for exec risk
Pro is $9 a month, 50 topics, 6-hour checks, which is enough for most comms desks. Pro+ hourly is for weeks you are in market, in court, or launching. Paid channels: email, Slack, Discord, webhooks, API. Put Slack on the exec topic and email on the nice-to-have roundups. When the alert fires, read the page before you ping the CEO. A lot of "mentions" are still speaker lists. The software can reduce those. It cannot make you brave about the real ones.
