A useful watch is a list. Customers, suppliers, issuers you are long or short. Sector-wide "any bankruptcy in retail" is possible and noisy. Tighten until the ping is a name you can act on in research, even if the action is "do nothing."

Counsel. The docket. The first-day motions. A summary is a doorbell. It will not replace a bankruptcy lawyer or a bond model. Start on /for/investors with two names you already worry about. If the first alert cites an 8-K or a docket, add the rest. If it cites a vibe piece about "more bankruptcies coming," the topic is too loose.
